  1. Responding to inquiries about the ministries upcoming conferences, any questions one may have, to add one to our weekly email if one asks to be added requires the use of your name, email address and phone number.
  2. Purchase of material on our website requires one’s name, email address, phone number and mailing address to ensure one receives the purchased items.
  3. Registering for a conference requires one’s name, email address, phone number and mailing address to ensure we can send information about the upcoming conference, any changes that have been made regarding the conference one has registered for to ensure proper communication.
  4. Phone calls are made to all people who attend a conference within 2 and 6 weeks after the attendance of a conference to check in with the attendee and answer any questions one may have. Phone calls are also made on occasion to let one know of an upcoming conference in one’s area.
  5. Text messaging has become an available option at Heart of Forgiveness Ministries, Inc. Data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring and message frequencies varies.
  6. Opt-in and opt-out options are found on our Contact Us page at www.heartofforgiveness.org for text messaging.
