Heart of Forgiveness Ministries, Inc. will collect your name, number, email address and mailing address for the following reasons:

• Responding to inquiries about the ministries upcoming conferences, any questions one may have, to add one to our weekly email if one asks to be added requires the use of your name, email address and phone number.

• Purchase of material on our website requires one’s name, email address, phone number and mailing address to ensure one receives the purchased items.

• Registering for a conference requires one’s name, email address, phone number and mailing address to ensure we can send information about the upcoming conference, any changes that have been made regarding the conference one has registered for to ensure proper communication.

• Phone calls are made to all people who attend a conference within 2 and 6 weeks after the attendance of a conference to check in with the attendee and answer any questions one may have. Phone calls are also made on occasion to let one know of an upcoming conference in one’s area.

• Text messaging has become an available option at Heart of Forgiveness Ministries, although not used frequently. Due to the request for text messaging options from attendees who do not check voicemail or answer phone calls outside of personal acquaintances. If one calls Heart of Forgiveness Ministries and goes to voicemail an auto-generated text message will be sent to the phone number asking about the nature of one’s call and to let one know their call will be returned within business hours.

• Opt-in and opt-out options are found on our Contact Us page at www.heartofforgiveness.org for text messaging as well as all other forms of communication.

• Removal of one’s personal information: name, email address, phone number and mailing address is honored by the complete removal of any and all personal information. This includes but is not limited electronical, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or any other retrieval system that may not be listed.
